TAX EXEMPTION DOCUMENTS
We collect sales tax in most states and sales tax will be charged until a completed tax exemption is received. If you see your state listed here, it means tax will be collected. Tax is collected based on where you are shipping to, not the billing address.
Please email us at email@example.com to request a tax exemption form. We are unable to provide information or assistance with how a tax form needs to be completed. For that information, you will need to contact your state’s Department of Revenue, Department of Tax Administration, or consult a tax professional.
If you do not see your state listed here, that means we do NOT need a tax exemption form in order to accept a wholesale application from you. This includes our Canadian customers. Please feel free to complete your wholesale application without attaching this document.
Tax exemption forms need to be fully completed in order to be accepted and processed. Incorrect or missing information or provision of incorrect forms will delay processing.
Not all tax exemptions qualify for our wholesale program nor does a tax-exempt status guarantee that you will be approved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause!
Due to the complex and changing tax exemption requirements implemented by state legislating bodies, exemption documents are processed separately from wholesale applications. You will receive an email notice specific to your exemption status informing you that processing has been completed or if further action is required.
